I am pleased to be the General Manager for our new Fitness Formula Clubs Park Ridge location.  It is great to be back in a town where I was a former resident.  

My experience is with several quality club companies in the health and wellness industry, both nationally and internationally. My career includes health club openings, startup involvement, extensive childcare service oversite, spa management as well as suburban and urban management, operations and customer service.

I look forward to our 65,000 lifestyle club that we are currently building in Park Ridge opening in January 2017.

I am the owner of StretchLab Park Ridge.  At StretchLab, we offer the service of One-on-One Assisted Stretching, either 25 or 50 minute sessions. During the session you will work with one of our trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed to your specific needs.  We also offer innovative Flexologist lead 50 minute small Group Stretch classes, where you will learn proper stretching techniques, use stretching tools, like stretch straps and foam rollers.  At Stretch Lab, we create an environment where we take the time to listen to your body and partner with you on your flexibility journey.  Having increased range of motion and properly balanced body will increase your performance not only in your physical activity but in your daily routine as well.  Live Long and Stretch you Soon!

Dr. Scott Cabrera decided to become a chiropractor in Park Ridge because he was born and raised here and loves the community and the Chicago area. He became interested in chiropractic medicine after suffering from recurrent, severe low back pain due to a sports injury. He did not find relief with traditional methods and sought the services of a chiropractor. Based on his successful experience he decided to pursue chiropractic as a career. After completing his bachelor of science degree from Illinois State University he then went on to graduate from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in 1998 where he earned both a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and his Doctor of Chiropractic.
